Wonderng if this modification will cause the idle to run high. My guess is that as long as the throttle plates seal the throat well and all the idle air comes through the IACV, there should be no problem. For 7 plus years I lived with a high idle (ca. 900 rpm). After doing a new injector swap, my car finally idles smoothly at 750.
I like the ideal of using OEM enlarged TBs, a good mod for stock charge tubing and turbos.
